The POWER of the ROD PART 1/2
The first time the WORD, "ROD", appears in the HOLY BIBLE (in a singular form) is in Exodus, Chapter 4, in verse 2. There is a very specific reason as to why it appears in the BIBLE at this point in time. The WORD, "ROD” thus meaning both "THE WORD" and "THE WRITTEN WORD of GOD" appears FIRST in The Book, Exodus; during the time GOD had ANOINTED MOSES to both SPEAK and WRITE for HIM. Therefor it was MOSES, a DELIVERER, who was the FIRST MAN GOD ENTRUSTED to WRITE HIS WORD. NOAH (being also a DELIVERER) was ENTRUSTED with the WORD up until the time he had released the DOVE from the ARK (thus meaning the releasing of THE HOLY SPIRIT) into the NEW WORLD. Although NOAH RECEIVED the WORD of GOD, he never RECORDED it, therefor NOAH, had not taken THE ROD into his HAND. However, MOSES did RECORD the WORD of GOD, making HIM the FIRST PERSON in the NEW WORLD to take THE ROD in HIS HAND, and this is why the WORD, "ROD", appears for the first time in the Book of Exodus. In the PREVIOUS BOOK, it was explained to you that THE DELIVERER, the 182 PERSON is the ONE who oversees and MANAGES the WORD of GOD, because HE is the PERSON of THE HOLY SPIRIT. It is THE HOLY SPIRIT who both ANOINTS and DELIVERS GOD'S WORD to man. After the RESURRECTION of JESUS CHRIST, any MAN having been BAPTIZED in THE HOLY SPIRIT (SAVED), RECEIVES one or more of THE NINE GIFTS given by THE HOLY SPIRIT. Each of the GIFTS represent a certain LEVEL of ANOINTING Any person who has been EMPOWERED to WRITE the WORD of GOD will have at least SIX of the NINE GIFTS. In the case of MOSES, by HIM being of THE HOLY SPIRIT (a DELIVERER), HE was GIVEN ALL NINE GIFTS. This EMPOWERMENT GIVEN to MOSES elevated HIS status of ANOINTING to be above even that of the SEVENTH LEVEL ANGEL! Whereas any person may TESTIFY to the WORD of GOD, this is to say QUOTE SCRIPTURE, anyone claiming to WRITE on the behalf of GOD, and has NOT the ANOINTING to do so, is BLASPHEMING THE HOLY SPIRIT. Those in VIOLATION, will RECEIVE ETERNAL DAMNATION for it; for this is an UNFORGIVABLE SIN! One should also be quite cautious as to what they say or write regarding what GOD has either said, when HE HAD NOT SAID IT, or provide DIRECTION from THE LORD to another, when HE HAD NOT GIVEN IT! Any DIRECTION GIVEN by either Scripture or from ABOVE will always be CONFIRMED by GOD. YOU MUST BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THE LORD'S NAME ! Therefor, if you BELIEVE GOD has given you a MESSAGE for you to share with others, WAIT for a CONFIRMATION from HIM, before you PROCEED with the MESSAGE. For most people, the WORD of GOD will come by way of the Scriptures, but for the VERY ELECT, (people receiving at least SIX GIFTS from THE HOLY SPIRIT), the WORD can come by either SCRIPTURE or by GUIDANCE from the THRONE of GOD. The GUIDANCE coming from ABOVE can be in the form of a VISION, or a DREAM, by an ANGEL, or DIRECTLY FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT of GOD. REGARDLESS of how it may be RECEIVED, the TRUTH of the MESSAGE will be UNDENIABLE and will always be CONFIRMED. HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM 
Although many churches still Baptize with water, the RESULTS of water Baptism is irrelevant and MEANINGLESS. All of JESUS' Disciples were baptized with water prior to HIS Crucifixion. However, after JESUS' RESURRECTION, HE instructed HIS Disciples to REMAIN (tarry) in JERUSALEM until they were EMPOWERED from ABOVE. JESUS so INSTRUCTED HIS Disciples; because they had not yet been BAPTIZED, and EMPOWERED through SPIRITUAL BAPTISM, to PREACH the WORD of GOD. Luke 24:49 AND, BEHOLD, I SEND THE PROMISE OF MY FATHER UPON YOU: BUT TARRY YE IN THE CITY OF JERUSALEM, UNTIL YE BE ENDUED WITH THE POWER FROM ON HIGH. JESUS, in the Scripture is explaining to HIS Disciples, that now, (after HE had been RESURRECTED from the dead), HE COULD FULLFILL THE PROMISE of HIS FATHER, THE HOLY SPIRIT, by way of their BAPTISM in THE SAME SPIRIT. JESUS tells them that they should wait for the EMPOWERMENT that will come by way of their BAPTISM, prior to their going out to PREACH the GOSPELS and MINISTER to the people. From the Scriptures it was made very clear to the Disciples; although they had been baptized with water they hadn't yet been ANOINTED or SAVED. This is because SAVING GRACE comes by way of HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM and not by water baptism: for once JESUS had been BAPTIZED in HOLY SPIRIT of GOD, water baptism became irrelevant. BAPTISM is a form of cleansing, and the CLEANSING that was needed for the Disciples had to be a CLEANSING by the BLOOD of THE LAMB (the SACRIFICE), and that came after HIS RESURRECTION. Once the Disciples had RECEIVED their SPIRITUAL CLEANSING, they then became EMPOWERED by the GIFTS of THE HOLY SPIRIT to go forward and PREACH in THE NAME of GOD! HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM is a SPIRITUAL EVENT, and cannot be replaced with a carnal event, such as water baptism. John the Baptist baptized with water, HOWEVER, JESUS CHRIST never baptized anyone with water, but rather in SPIRIT! John 4:1 When therefore THE LORD knew how the Pharisee had heard that JESUS made and baptized more Disciples than John, John 4:2 (Though JESUS HIMSELF Baptized NOT, but HIS Disciples,) John 4:3 HE left Ju-dae' -a, and departed again into Galilee. What the Scriptures are saying is; JESUS DID NOT BAPTIZE with water however HIS Disciples did. The reason JESUS never Baptized with water was because HE KNEW the water baptism did not serve any PURPOSES whatsoever. HE only ALLOWED HIS Disciples to continue with water baptism those who were receiving it would BELIEVE they were making a commitment to GOD. Furthermore, if the Disciples had received SAVING GRACE by way of their water baptism, then Judas Is-car-i-ot could not have BETRAYED JESUS CHRIST, for he would have been reborn in CHRIST and could not have committed that SIN, because he would have been SAVED! Contrary to what the Churches TEACH, once a person has been REBORN in CHRIST by way of SPIRITUAL BAPTISM, that PERSON becomes BLAMELESS in the EYES of GOD and FREE from any SIN, PERMANENTLY! This is not a temporary STATE for a NEWBORN SOUL, but rather an ETERNAL STATE. Once a person has TRULY RECEIVED SAVING GRACE that PERSON CAN NEVER FALL FROM GRACE . THIS IS A SIMPLE FACT, AND ANYONE CLAIMING IT TO BE OTHERWISE, DOES NOT KNOW THE WORD of GOD! ONCE THE LORD has SAVED a SOUL that SOUL NEVER NEEDS TO BE SAVED AGAIN . IT IS FOREVER SAITH THE LORD! John 1:32 And John bare record, saying, I saw THE SPIRIT descending from HEAVEN like a DOVE, and it abode upon HIM. John 1:33 And I knew HIM not: but HE that sent me to baptize with water; the SAME said unto me, UPON WHOM THOU SHALT SEE THE SPIRIT DESCENDING, AND REMAINING ON HIM, THE SAME IS HE WHICH BAPTIZETH WITH THE HOLY GHOST. John 1:34 And I saw, and bare record that this is the SON of GOD. NOTE: From the Scriptures it is MADE CLEAR; once a PERSON becomes BAPTIZED in THE HOLY SPRIT, that PERSON then BECOMES THE SON of GOD. Revelation 21:7 He that overcometh shall inherit ALL THINGS; and I will be HIS GOD, and HE shall be MY SON. ANOINTING (EMPOWERMENT) 
Once a PERSON becomes BAPTIZED in THE HOLY SPIRIT, they then RECEIVE their ANOINTING from THE HOLY SPIRIT. This ANOINTING comes in the form of one or more of NINE GIFTS given by THE HOLY SPIRIT. The following is a list of the NINE GIFTS. 1. The WORD of WISDOM 2. The WORD of KNOWLEDGE 3. FAITH 4. HEALING 5. MIRACLES 6. PROPHECY 7. DISCERNING of Spirits 8. DIVERS TONGUES 9. INTERPRETATION of TONGUES The ANOINTED will RECEIVE ONE GIFT or more depending on their HEAVENLY STATUS, up to a SIX-GIFT MAXIMUM for a MAN. Only the SEVENTH LEVEL ANGEL, METATRON, or the SERAPHIM can RECEIVE SEVEN or MORE GIFTS. The FIRST GIFT GIVEN is ALWAYS the GIFT of FAITH. After ONE has RECEIVED the GIFT of FAITH, any ONE or more of the remaining EIGHT GIFTS can then be RECEIVED. Some of the GIFTS go hand in hand and are GIVEN in pairs, while some of the GIFTS are rarely GIVEN in pairs to the SAME INDIVIDUAL. For instance, ALL that RECEIVE the GIFT of HEALING also RECEIVE the GIFT of DISCERNING of Spirits. This is because in part, the ability to HEAL relies on the ABILITY to cast out DEMONS. If the HEALER were unable to see DEMONS in POSSESSION, a person, they wouldn't be able to cast them out. On the other hand, rarely does the same INDIVIDUAL RECEIVE the ABILITY to both SPEAK in TONGUES and INTERPRET them; this subject was covered in the PREVIOUS BOOK. The WORD "TONGUES", as used in the Scriptures, refers to the ancient HEBREWAH LANGUAGE spoken by NOAH, the PROPHETS, and JESUS CHRIST when HE PERFORMED MIRACLES However, ONE having RECEIVED the GIFT of TONGUES or INTERPRETATION, may also RECEIVE the ability to SPEAK or UNDERSTAND one of the many languages spoken here on earth, without ever being taught the language. When a person RECEIVES the ABILITY to PERFORM MIRACLES, that person will always have the ABILITY to SPEAK in TONGUES; for the COMMANDS for the MIRACLE must be spoken in the HEBREWAH LANGUAGE. Another PAIR of GIFTS always given together, is the GIFT of KNOWLEDGE and the GIFT of WISDOM. The KNOWLEDGE is the ABILITY to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURE, and the WISDOM is the ABILITY to PROPERLY APPLY the SCRIPTURE, for BOTH go HAND in HAND to be EFFECTIVE. The GIFT of PROPHECY, is the ABILITY to see the PROPHETIC MESSAGE contained within the 3rd LAYER of the SCRIPTURE and this GIFT most always is accompanied with the GIFTS of KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM; although at times it is GIVEN on its own without the other two GIFTS. THE HOLY SPIRIT only GIVES the GIFT of MIRACLES to those who have RECEIVED in total, SIX or MORE GIFTS .
